MEMBERSHIP, PRIVACY, and SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES

BUYER:

2. SUBJECT
This agreement outlines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website https://www.en.ctbiotech.com.tr, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. SUBJECT PRODUCT
The basic features, type, quantity, brand/model, color, and unit of the product(s)/service(s) are specified on the SELLER’s website. The sales price and payment details are also presented to the BUYER during the order process.
4. GENERAL TERMS
4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the product, the sale price, the payment method, and the delivery information provided on the SELLER’s website, and agrees to approve this information and the terms of this agreement electronically.
4.2. The product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/institution specified by the BUYER within a maximum of 30 days after the order is confirmed. The BUYER is obliged to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
4.3. The BUYER must inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the product shows any damage during shipping, the BUYER should not accept it and should report the issue with the shipping official.
4.4. Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure (e.g., weather conditions, transportation disruptions). In such cases, the BUYER will be informed, and the order can be canceled or delayed as per the BUYER’s rights.
5. PERSONAL INFORMATION and PRIVACY
The SELLER processes and protects the BUYER’s personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Personal data will only be used for order processing and legal obligations and will not be shared with third parties.
Payment details for orders are not stored in the SELLER’s system. Payment transactions are carried out via the secure IYZICO payment system.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL and EXEMPTIONS
6.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, with an intact package, and in resellable condition.
6.2. Exemptions from the right of withdrawal:
- Opened and used hygiene products.
- Custom-made products based on personal needs.
- Products that may deteriorate quickly or have a risk of passing their expiration date.
6.3. To initiate the return process, the BUYER must contact the SELLER via email.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation can only occur before the product has been shipped. If the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will be processed according to the return procedure after delivery.
8. SYSTEM ERRORS
In the case of pricing errors due to system or typographical issues, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the BUYER. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 10 days.
9. COMPETENT COURT
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s or SELLER’s place of residence are authorized, within the framework of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
10. APPROVAL and EFFECTIVENESS
By completing the order process, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
