Return and Exchange Terms:
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returning Products:
The products must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.
Damages caused by user error are not covered by the return policy.
Return Period:
The return period is 7 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping and Delivery:
If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, please inspect it with the delivery person before accepting the package.
In case of damage, you should refuse to accept the product and request a report from the shipping company.
Once the product is accepted, the shipping company’s responsibilities are considered fulfilled.
Return Process:
For return requests, you may send the product to us with all copies of the invoice, with return shipping prepaid.
After receiving the product, we will check if it meets the return conditions. The price of suitable products will be refunded to your specified bank account or payment method.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, our consumers have the following rights:
Withdrawal Period:
You can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without paying a penalty.
Conditions for Using the Right of Withdrawal:
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics, used health products).
How to Apply for the Right of Withdrawal:
To use your right of withdrawal, you can apply in writing to info@ctbiotechnology.com.tr
After applying for the right of withdrawal, you must send the products back to us within 14 days.
Return Process for Withdrawal:
The amount for products returned under the right of withdrawal will be refunded to the payment method used within 14 days after the product is received and its condition is checked.
